Students who have previously completed Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award can continue this excellent programme and complete the Gold Award in Sixth Form.

The EPQ offers students the opportunity to complete a university-style independent research project.  Students will learn a range of transferable research and academic presentation skills whilst researching a topic of their choice.

For those who want to supplement their academic studies with regular opportunities to participate in sport.  Students gather for a weekly session of sport, which they can choose from a list of options.

This is a recognised qualification in its own right.  Students work closely with our PE Department to assist in the running of sports clubs, and coaching.
